Breaking The Over Giving Habit

If we are to be our true and happy selves we need to sometimes put our own needs first, so that we can live life to the fullest.
The trick is to let go of guilt and practise more self-love.
One way is through self-kindness, and there are many ways to do this. A great way is to notice how you speak to yourself. Every day, say loving things to the little child within you, such as:
“You’re doing great, you deserve to be happy.”
It’s amazing how powerful this can be!
