Help for Anxiety and Panic
If you’ve been experiencing anxiety or panic attacks, you’ll know how overwhelming it can be. It can seem as though it’s taking over your whole life.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. I’ve helped many people overcome anxiety.
One of the things I hear often from new clients is that they want me to help them manage their anxiety. They believe that anxiety is something they have to put up with and learn how to cope with.
However, in the vast majority of cases, anxiety is something that can be let go of completely. I’ve seen many, many clients overcome these distressing symptoms and go forward to lead happy, inspired and enthusiastic lives.
Why am I having panic attacks?
Anxiety begins when we have either a big trauma in life, or a number of smaller stresses that build up over time. It can show itself quickly, or lurk in the background for a long time, and then pop up when we’re going through a vulnerable patch.
When stress gets locked in to your system, it shows up in distressing symptoms such as:
Wanting to run away, freezing on the spot, your mind going blank, sometimes even getting really angry, prolific sweating, ‘lump in your throat’, palpitations, twitching, dry mouth, chest pain, being unable to breathe, shaking uncontrollably or muscles seizing up……………….and more.
Can I ever get over this panic problem?
I’ve helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, stress and panic.
The mind and body work together in a constant state of interacting. We call this the body-mind.
This is why we experience anxiety in physical symptoms in th ebody, as well as anxious thoughts in our mind.
Thus in order to properly, and rapidly, overcome anxiety, we need to find a way to release stress from the body AND learn to master those run-away thoughts
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( C.B.T ) and Talk Therapy, combined with Emotional Freedom Techniques and Matrix Reimprinting to help you by:
- Teaching you specific techniques to release anxiety quickly
- Helping you uncover and clear the root cause of your anxiety
- Teaching you specific self-help tools to help manage future life stresses
