About Your Therapy Sessions

Therapy sessions are for one hour. This is a little longer than traditional therapy but I find this works best for my clients.

Your therapy sessions will be in a block of - 8 sessions, 3 months or 6 months.

Depending on what’s troubling you, one block of sessions may be all you need, or you may want to book a longer period or further blocks. We can assess this as we go along.

We'll discuss your concerns in detail and I'll help you gain clarity on patterns and sticking points which are holding you back.

Self-Help Tools and Resources

In many years helping clients, I've found that a combination of therapy sessions, self-help tools and resources brings the most benefit and lasting change.

So I may also teach you simple and easy tools and techniques  - such as NLP, Advanced Communication skills, Emotional Freedom Techniques EFT, CBT and Mindfulness. 

I'll tailor these specifically to your individual needs.

I'll also offer you free access to my online resources. You don't have to use these if you prefer not, though many people find them extremely helpful in putting into practice the learning and insight they've gained in their sessions.

Ongoing Personal Development

Every therapist is different. Some will help you with an issue, then say goodbye. 

For others, like myself, therapy isn't just about overcoming problems; it’s also about helping people continue to learn and evolve into wiser beingsThis is why I offer ongoing resources.

It's not unusual for my clients to work through an issue in their initial sessions, and then on seeing the great benefits of personal development they continue having a session every one or two months. 

In this way, they can check in and discuss what’s currently happening in their life.

This is hugely beneficial as we already have a relationship -  I’m aware of their history and patterns. and I can highlight how these may be applying to a current situation and set them back on a good path.

Some clients like to take up this option - others are happy to overcome the original issue then say goodbye. It's up to you.
