Due to being in high demand for speaking, interviews etc. I have limited time, and so I am currently only taking a small number of one-to-one clients.
About Your Therapy Sessions
Therapy blocks are 12-sessions and include a number of additional resources which I tailor to your specific requirements. In many years helping clients, I have found that a combination of therapy sessions and self-help resources brings the most benefit and lasting change.
Resources include suggested reading materials, homework worksheets and templates. I also teach my clients tools based on individual needs, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques EFT, CBT and Mindfulness practice.

We will then meet for an initial 30 minute consultation so that we can decide together if I am the right therapist for you. (If for any reason we are not a match I will endeavour to refer to you to one of my colleagues.)
Therapy sessions are for a full hour. This is longer than the average therapy sessions, but experience shows that this works better for clients.
The 12 one-hour sessions will be via Zoom or another online face-to-face method of your choice.
The fee for the 12-session block is £2,195 prepaid in full, or four prepaid payments of £570. Payment can also be made in euros, US dollars or another currency. Click here for a handy currency converter
