Hi, I'm Marléne Rose Shaw; therapist, coach and self-help author.

​​who is Step Into Your BOLD For?

​Step Into Your BOLD is for you if you want to have much more empowered relationships. If you're fed up constantly pleasing others and want to put your own needs first without fear of judgment or guilt. If you want to build your self-esteem, learn great communications skills, and set healthy boundaries.

​How ​DO I ACCESS the ​​coaching program?

​I'm a great believer in keeping things simple.  All you need to do is log into the dedicated website to access your simple worksheets, link to the Weekly Bold Sessions and the Facebook group. You can access the website via your desktop or mobile tablet.


Average ​1 hour 20 minutes per week

​The ​workshop, Weekly BOLD Sessions​ are one hour. I highly recommend you attend as it's a great way to feel the 'empowering energy of us all together'. However, if for some reason you are unable to attend  you can always watch the ​replay which will be available in your dedicated membership space.

The homework sheets will take approx 15 -30 minutes to ​fill out.  The rest of the time comprises you applying what you have learnt in a very natural way as you go about your life.

​Do I have to take part in the Facebook group?

The Secret Facebook group is there for you to connect with other members; to share your struggles and challenges and to celebrate your wins. You can participate as little or as much as you like in the group. You can simply read what others are posting, or you can contribute by commenting on those posts and by making your own posts. 

​Are you yourself in the Facebook group?

​​Absolutely. It’s a really good way for us to be connected. Its also a great way for me to understand how I can be of continuing help to you all.
