A 12-Week Coaching Program - Closed group
It's a closed group. That means no one new will join the group. You can get to know each other, share your wins and support each other through challenges.
I'll be hosting a Weekly Online Group Session
Each week we'll have our online Weekly BOLD Sessions covering a specific topic on confidence and assertiveness skills such as:
- Identifying your limiting beliefs and letting them go
- Breaking the people-pleasing habit
- How to say 'no'
- Dealing with overwhelming emotions
- Learning to receive compliments, and help
- Reclaiming your time
- Setting boundaries that work
- Putting your own needs first, without guilt
- Knowing where you stand and sticking to it
In the Weekly BOLD Sessions I'll be teaching you tips and skills that have helped thousands of my clients over the years. There will also be opportunities to take a turn to ask me questions about the topic and get feedback from the group.
Each week I'll Suggest a small and easily actionable challenge
I will set you an easy task to help you put the skills you learn in the Weekly BOLD Session into practice. It will help you gain confidence in small steps. You can go at your own pace and return to the recorded workshops as often as you like.

I'm a great believer in keeping things simple. All you need to do is log into the dedicated website to access your simple worksheets, link to the Weekly Bold Sessions and the Facebook group. You can access the website via your desktop or mobile tablet.
Average 1 hour 20 minutes per week
The Weekly BOLD Sessions are one hour. I highly recommend you attend as it's a great way to feel the 'empowering energy of us all together'. However, if for some reason you are unable to attend you can always watch the replay which will be available on the dedicated website.
The homework sheets will take approx 15 -30 minutes to fill out. The rest of the time comprises you applying what you have learnt in a very natural way as you go about your life.
The Secret Facebook group is there for you to connect with other members; to share your struggles and challenges and to celebrate your wins. You can participate as little or as much as you like in the group. You can simply read what others are posting, or you can contribute by commenting on those posts and by making your own posts.
Absolutely. It’s a really good way for us to be connected. Its also a great way for me to understand how I can be of continuing help to you all.
This course is about you learning to be confident and assertive in your own life, and so it's very much about making a commitment and doing the work. That said, if you find the course is not a fit for you within the first 30 days you can cancel and get a full refund.
