“I've been helping people transform their lives for over 25 years and I LOVE what I do.”

My Story

Like many people, I had a difficult start in life, which caused me to have challenges with relationships, low-confidence and anxiety.

I kept repeating the same unhelpful patterns of behaviour because I was living a life dictated by limiting beliefs, picked up many years before in my childhood.

But I always sensed there was more to life. Something was driving me towards a
happier experience.

I was in my twenties, a single parent, (with a gorgeous son) but with no real prospects for a career, when I decided to take a night class in psychology. The teacher said to me:

'You know you are really good at this.

Have you ever thought about taking a degree?'

That lady literally changed my life - with that one comment - in that one single moment in time.

It was the beginning of my journey to becoming a therapist....

...and 27 years later I managed to track her down and thank her - it was the best feeling!

I completed my degree at one of the best universities in the UK, the University of Sussex -  and in time I took several post-graduate qualifications.  I also gained a great deal of experience helping people through various voluntary jobs in charities and organisations.

I’ve been in private practice now for many years, and I LOVE what I do! It gives me so much pleasure to help people become unstuck from the limiting ideas and self-beliefs that have been holding them back.
