If you're like many of the people I help, it's likely that on the surface you have a good lifestyle. But when it comes to people and relationships you can sometimes lack confidence and second-guess yourself. You hear the words 'people-pleasing,' and you think, "Yes that's me!".

In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll work together to help you shift these patterns so that you can have relationships that feel equal, where you’re heard, seen, and valued.

Making real change is like crossing a bridge from the old version of your life to the new.

Once you cross that bridge you’ll never go back to the struggles you once had because you've become a different person; one who handles life in a more confident, self-assured and empowered way.

Here's what will happen in your sessions:

We’ll start by helping you gain clarity on what you really want and identify the blocks and patterns that have been getting in your way.

Then we’ll set some goals to help you let go of those patterns so that you can begin to create the life and relationships you want to have.

We'll come up with actionable steps to bring what you learn in sessions into your everyday relationships.

You'll learn proven skills and techniques to help you set boundaries that work and confidently communicate with others so that you're heard and respected.

I’ll teach you psychosenory techniques so you can feel fully confident managing your emotions during therapy and beyond.

We'll go at your own pace, applying what you learn in sessions to your own personal circumstances and goals so that you can see your progress as we go along.

These resources are optional. They can be invaluable in applying what you learn in sessions to oyur everyday life and relationships.

Session Times

Sessions are for 1 hour. This is longer than the standard, but in my experience longer sessions provide enough space and time for you.

We generally meet weekly, though I can be flexible to your needs.

Sessions are online via Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video, as you prefer.
