Many people feel like this
In childhood we all learn ways of being to keep others happy so that we can feel loved and wanted. But in adult life those habits often cause problems in our relationships. They can leave us feeling disregarded, undervalued and ultimately erode our confidence.
If this is familiar you're not alone, many people feel like this. In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll work together to help you find confidence to set boundaries and say what you need with courage, so that you can have relationships that feel equal, where you’re seen, heard and valued.
Here's what will happen in your sessions:
We’ll start by helping you gain clarity on what you really want and identify the blocks and patterns that have been getting in your way.
We’ll set some goals so that you can begin to create the life and relationships you want to have.
We'll come up with easy actionable steps to help bring what you learn in sessions into your everyday relationships.
You'll learn proven skills and techniques to help you set boundaries that work and confidently communicate your needs so that you're more seen, heard and respected.
I’ll teach you easy psychosenory techniques so you can feel fully confident managing your emotions during therapy and beyond.
We'll go at your own pace, applying what you learn in sessions to your own personal circumstances and goals so that you can see your progress as we go along.
I'll give you resources. You'll have free access to my dedicated tools and resources such as videos, audios and worksheets. These free resources are entriely are optional for you to use as you wish. However they can be invaluable in applying what you learn in sessions to your everyday life and relationships.
Session times
In general we'll meet once per week, though I can be flexible to your individual needs.
Sessions are for 1 hour. This is longer than the standard 50 minutes, however in my experience longer sessions work better for clients.
Sessions are online via Zoom, or WhatsApp video if you prefer.

Making real change is like crossing a bridge
